Petaling Jaya – In conjuction with the Aidiladha celebration this year, LITRAK and SPRINT have oraganized a Qurban Charity contribution Program involving three selected beneficiaries – Surau At – Taqwa, Kepong, Surau Al-Mustaqim, Bukit Jalil and Surau As-Sobirin Putra Perdana, Puchong. This Qurban Charity Contribution has been carried out successfully, together with Yayasan EZ Qurban.

Since 2014, LITRAK and SPRINT have annually organized it’s Qurban Charity Program involving communities along the Lebuhraya Damansara-Puchong (LDP) and SPRINT Highway such as in Puchong, Bukit Lanjan, Kg Kerinchi, Bangsar and many others.

Despite facing the pandemic situation during COVID-19, LITRAK and SPRINT remain committed in its act of ‘Giving Back to the Community’ with families in need through this Qurban Charity Program. This strategic collaboration with Yayasan EZ Qurban is also seen as appropriate method in ensuring the adherence to new norms events, strict compliance with SOPs, and while at the same time, carrying out good deeds and charity in the holy month of Zulhijah.

En Sazally Bin Saidi, Chief Executive Officer of LITRAK & SPRINT explained, “We are aware of the current situation in the country, in which everyone is fighting hard against the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, through this contribution, we’d like to take this opportunity to help the local community and pray that everyone can remain safe and strong in spirit through this difficult time“.

Almost RM 22,000 has been spent for this Qurban Charity Program, and involves the sacrificial contribution of 3 cows and 5 goats which have been distributed to needy families and the surrounding communities. May our acts of worship and good deeds be accepted and blessed by the Almighty.
